Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or purchasing from 360 Lifestyle, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract and provide accurate information at checkout. Orders may be canceled if fraud is suspected or information is incomplete.

Products: vintage and second‑hand
Most items are vintage or second‑hand and sold as final sale. Patina, light wear, and small imperfections consistent with age are expected and disclosed in listings. Please review photos, dimensions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Pricing, taxes, and availability

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

  • Inventory is limited; items may be one‑of‑a‑kind. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if a product becomes unavailable or if a pricing/error occurs.

Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount, including any delivery fees and taxes. Chargebacks for final‑sale items may be disputed under these Terms.

Shipping and local delivery (NYC)

  • Service area: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and select nearby areas as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Method: deliveries are performed by our in‑house team using a van; items travel individually and are not boxed or wrapped.

  • Curbside delivery is standard.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery at the agreed location.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds, except if we deliver the wrong item or there is significant transit damage documented on delivery per our Return & Refund Policy. Any exception must be authorized in writing by 360 Lifestyle.

Wrong item or transit damage
If you receive the wrong item or there is significant transit damage, notify the delivery team immediately and document with photos. Contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and arrange the appropriate resolution. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Normal vintage wear and patina are not defects.

User conduct and site use
Users agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy/harvest content or data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property
All content on the site (photos, text, graphics, logos) is owned by 360 Lifestyle or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not use our content or trademarks without prior written permission.

Accuracy of information
We strive for accurate descriptions and photos. Minor differences in color/finish may occur due to screens and lighting. Dimensions are approximate; confirm fit before purchase. We are not liable for typographical errors and may correct them at any time.

Third‑party links and services
We are not responsible for third‑party websites or services linked from our site. Use of third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360 Lifestyle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or injury where such limits are prohibited by law.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Lifestyle and its team from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, labor disruptions, road closures).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
