Refund policy

Returns
All items are final sale. Because our inventory is primarily vintage and second‑hand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed or delivered within NYC. Please review the product photos, dimensions, and condition notes on the listing before purchasing.

Local delivery (NYC)
Local deliveries are handled by our in‑house team in a van. Items are transported individually and are not boxed or wrapped. Please make sure entryways, elevators, and rooms are clear and measured before delivery. Curbside delivery is standard.

Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours at wethreesixty360@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of what you received. We will review and arrange the correct delivery or an appropriate resolution. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives with significant transit damage, notify our delivery team on the spot and document with photos. Contact us within 48 hours if needed. Normal vintage wear, patina, and small imperfections consistent with age and prior use are expected and are not considered defects.

Exceptions / non‑returnable items

  • All vintage and second‑hand items: final sale, non‑returnable, non‑exchangeable.

  • Custom services are non‑refundable once completed.

  • Gift cards are non‑refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Each piece is unique and typically one‑of‑a‑kind.

Refunds
Because orders are final sale, refunds are generally not issued. In the exceptional case of a confirmed wrong item or significant transit damage verified by our team, we will outline next steps by email. If a return is authorized and received back in the same condition, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Additional services
If a special service is required, reach out before purchasing to confirm feasibility and any additional fee. This helps ensure a smooth delivery experience in NYC buildings.
