Shipping policy

Service area

  • We currently deliver within New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and select nearby areas). Orders outside NYC are not available at this time.

Delivery method

  • Local deliveries are performed by our in‑house team using a van. Items travel individually and are not boxed or wrapped. Surfaces are protected as needed, but standard packaging is not included given the nature of single‑piece transport.

Scheduling

  • After purchase, we’ll offer the next available delivery windows. Typical windows are within 2–5 business days depending on route planning and building constraints. Exact day and time are confirmed by message or phone once the route is set.

Delivery options and fees

  • Curbside delivery (standard): the item is brought to the curb or building entrance; customer is responsible for moving the piece indoors. Manhattan $100, Brooklyn/Queens $70, New Jersey $150 (limited areas; confirm before purchase).

Building access and preparation

  • Please confirm building rules (COI requirements, elevator access, time windows) before scheduling. Measure doors, hallways, stairwells, and the destination space to ensure the item fits.

Missed deliveries and rescheduling

  • If the delivery team arrives within the confirmed window and access isn’t possible (no answer, space not prepared), a redelivery fee may apply. We’ll offer the next available window for rescheduling.

Inspection on delivery

  • Please inspect the item at delivery. If there is significant transit damage, notify the team on the spot and document with photos. Normal vintage wear, patina, and small imperfections are expected and not considered defects.

Pickup option (free)

  • Free pickup is available by appointment from our East Williamsburg location. Bring any blankets or protection you prefer for your vehicle; loading assistance is available on site.

Cancellations

  • Delivery appointments can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the confirmed window without penalty. Changes within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee due to route planning.

What’s not included

  • Unpacking/packing materials, assembly/disassembly, wall mounting, removal of doors, COI procurement, and furniture disposal are not included.

Reminder about final sale

  • All items are final sale. Delivery fees are non‑refundable once the service is performed. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details and exceptions related to wrong‑item or significant transit damage.
